You will need to fill in the appropriate form and bring it into the office in Halifax or Ovenden. Adults will need to bring with them two forms of identification. There is a £1 membership fee for adults and a deposit of £1 is all it takes to activate your account. Payments can be made in person at any credit union office or collection point, by standing order or transfer of benefits. If you are an employee of Calderdale MBC, Pennine 2000 or the Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Trust you can pay by payroll deduction.
